Carla McCarty, CDOA

Lifetime Achievement Award

Carla chaired the CDOA Manual Re-write committee. She has also chaired the CDOA Committee and was 2009 institute Vendor Co-Chair. Carla served as 2009  Board Advisor, 2003 President, 2002 1^st Vice President, 2001 2^nd Vice President, 2000 Recording Secretary, and 1998-1999 Director for NADOA. Carla has served on numerous NADOA Institute committees including Coordinator, Program, Hotel, etc.

Carla has always given 150% to NADOA in every capacity in which she has volunteered. She is a model representative of the organization and a role model for every member.

Judy Moreland, CPLTA, CDOA

Education Award

Judy has served her local association in various offices and also given of her time as speaker at local association luncheon meetings and seminars, including a full day calculations seminar which she solely taught. She has served various offices on the NADOA board and as 2008 NADOA President. Judy initiated the regional seminars, bringing industry education to places that do not have a local association or much access to oil and gas instruction.

She consistently promotes and supports the division order profession among peers and young people considering the profession. Judy recognizes the importance of education in our profession and as Manager of Concho’s Land Administration department fully supports and encourages her team’s participation in educational opportunities year after year.

Lisa Buffaloe, CDOA

Interaction Award

Lisa has been active with NADOA for quite some time. She has helped with the seminar in Louisiana and in the planning of the West Virginia seminar. Her enthusiasm and her ability to interact with Institute attendees and on committees is amazing. Lisa is one of the best goodwill ambassadors NADOA has. Lisa has served as Institute Coordinator and Recording Secretary for NADOA.
